Tepla® LCP

Tepla® LCP features excellent properties, including self-reinforcement, flame retardancy, thermal stability, radiation resistance, weatherability, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance and so on. Its tensile strength and flexural modulus are superior to other thermoplastic engineering plastics. In addition, Tepla® LCP can bear feverish temperatures with best flowability. It can be used as raw material for products 0.05mm thick. Therefore, it is very suitable for making thin-walled products with complex structure.

Tepla® LCP performance comparison of different grades
Tepla® LCP series materials are based on resin modification technology and provide customers with a series of high temperature special materials with high performance. Xinfuda provides customers with more innovative possibilities by providing customers with excellent products and services. The following figure shows the change in properties of Tepla® LCP base resin after adding 30% glass fiber and adding 30% and 40% carbon fiber. The data measured by ATSM test method are as follows.
