Electrically Conductive/Antistatic/EMI Electromagnetic Shielding is one of NFD's advantages,Use resin as matrix,Conductive and thermal conductive composites composed of resin as matrix and conductive & thermal filler. They are mainly used in electronic products, integrated circuit packaging,electromagnetic shielding, conductive/anti-static pipelines, conductive/anti-static plates, conductive films, etc. Compared with metals, conductive materials have the advantages of light weight, high forming efficiency, rigidity and toughness, low cost and adjustable resistance. Conductive additives include carbon fibers, metal powder, stainless steel fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphite, carbon black, graphene and permanent antistatic agents. The thermal conductivity of plastics with carbon fibers, metal powders, stainless steel fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphite, carbon black and graphene thermal conductive fillers is higher than 5.0W/(m.k).

The heat conduction principle of adding metal fillers is mainly based on the movement of electrons, accompanied by heat transfer. Metal oxides, metal nitrides and carbide fillers are mainly phonon thermal conductivity, and the thermal conductivity depends on the vibration of adjacent atoms and groups. In the research of NFD engineers, found that the order of thermal conductivity of filler structure is whisker > fibre > flake > granular. The easier the filler forms thermal conductivity path, the better the thermal conductivity.

 

Compared with traditional Conductive and thermal conduction materials, Conductive and thermal conduction plastics have better processability, corrosion resistance, light weight, high degree of freedom in design and easy to adjust resistance.
