Tepla® PEKK

Tepla® PEKK is a class of semi-crystalline thermoplastics with high heat resistance, chemical resistance and high mechanical load due to the high molecular weight of repeating units containing two ketone bonds and one ether bond in the main chain structure. Ability. Not only that, Tepla® PEKK series materials also exhibit excellent heat release, low smoke and low toxicity.
 
Tepla® PEKK basic grades can be combined with glass fiber or carbon fiber to prepare modified materials to enhance their different properties. The corresponding materials can be used as high temperature resistant structural materials and electrical insulating materials.

Tepla® PEKK performance comparison of different grades

Tepla® PEKK is one of the high-temperature special materials. It shows similar performance data to PEEK to a certain extent, and has great advantages in high temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, high strength and rigidity. The newly modified Tepla® PEKK from NFD engineers can help customers take cost savings, product quality and product performance to new heights.
